RRIA was founded in 2022 by Norman Chan. His rally call –from get ‘Back-to-Reality’ at his previous design practice BTR Workshop of over 25 years, continues onto ‘Reality Reconsidered’ at RRIA, to fulfil his on going legacy and commitment to a long held passion for the fundamentals of architecture and design.

It is this uncompromising zeal that defined BTR’s work and now RRIA’s, making it one of the stalwarts for modern architecture and contemporary design in Hong Kong. A brand that is well respected and sought after.

In a short period of two years, built on the foundations of BTR Workshop and the leadership of its founder, RRIA is now a mature practice of over 30 professionals. The firm continues to aspire and remain timelessly relevant and compelling today.
